Educational actors have a moral
responsibility, intellectually, academically and mentally. The teacher's
responsibility does not stop at delivering and teaching materials in the
classroom. Education involves the conscience of teachers in teaching. Teachers
who teach only to complete the task can not improve the quality of the
generation as a whole. Inequality would happen if teachers as perpetrators of education
and ignore the
balance of both of these, and will produce good students in the
academic field but mentally they will be ignored. In the long term this can result
in demoralization.
Education requires the
willingness of teachers to guide students to become knowledgeable personal and noble
virtuous character. This is the hope of the nation that was published in the educational
purposes.
