One of the president in the world, he was asked about the qualities of a
leader and what capabilities he/she has. The answer is very surprising. "Give me
a man who can listen" he said. Without
listening, a leader is not useful. How
do we feel the time is not being heard by the employer, friend, wife and even
our children? certainly
there will be a feeling of disgust, annoyance and even wanted to slap her. The
question was reversed, if we as a leader and not listen to others, what
happened? in
fact we have to hurt each other. The other is not listening to one another,
because of the tendency just want to be heard .. if want to let us listen to
each other. Hearing is the attitude to receive the message conveyed by others. The
message content may be beneficial to us, or at least give directions to us for
determining the attitude of something or someone. Listening is a way
to be heard. People
who often listen to others, usually also like to be heard when speaking. Hear means to understand. Each
people has not the best listening skills even be said that most people are not
skilled in terms of hearing. How

listening is not breathing taught throughout life. As
children we learn to speak, write, read But no listening. Listening to imply
that we have a patient attitude, lace heart, empathy, willingness to learn from

Generally there are five attitude in listening, they are:
1. Ignoring the speaker
2. Pretend to listen
3. Listen to selectively
4. Listening is attentive
5. Listen to the full empathy
